Hello.
Tonight I think that...I don't want write a lot....because my mind is tired....
But....What do you think about relationship....is it important money? Or Do you chose a person....only if he/she has money?

No way for me....consider a person only for this it's terrible....Most important....emotional things, sentimental situation...And togheter...solve the rest of the problem.
Economical situation...I speak about this...share the cost of life....help in case of necessity...If the relation is strong...it will be normal this behavior.

But some people think in different way probably because listen to other people and take the influence of them...

Tomorrow I won't work....I think I'll write the blog soon...and tomorrow my cousin Marco and your friend Filippo will arrive from Canada.

Tonight I went to French class....it's very intensive and I learn every time something new. It's good for me..because when I'll be in Montreal...I may speak with people and find a job.
My teacher Marylin gave me and Susy a copy of an interesting topic....

Uaow! It's incredible!
Magnetic storm in 2013: it will turn off the satellite systems.
Scientists came together in a meeting in Washington where spoke about the effects of this event. Flight, GPS, financial services and military radio comunication will have serious problems.
NASA uses different satellites (for example Solar Dynamics Obseravatory) to study this threat and to find solutions.
The Big Flare will be at the same time of an intensification of the solar energy (it usually happens every 11 years).

I hate.....and my Nutrition

I hate one-way streets and in particular streets without ends. I walked in these ways...and I met bad company.....
And I don't always go into my world... I'd like that my world...sometime...it come to me....It's my mind...sorry.

I'm tired...I think that I did too sports in these days.
And my training? Somebody tryed my exercise?
I followed my scheme of monday...uaow...it's wonderful!
I'm very happy to try the second day of training.

For my nutrition...bhe...I'm not a good cooker but, if I can, I follow an very very very healthy diet.
I studied different books about nutritio for people who practise sport and I learned to eat correctly.

Fast hello!

Hello everybody!
How do you do?
It's too late tonight...my brain drain....to the world of dreams....
But I'm very happy for different reason...
- Today I worked a lot in the shop.... I sold a lot of toys....
- For my mom and my dad...they are in NY to my sister Cristina.
- I took a coffe with my favourite aunt...Rita....in a beautiful Cafeteria...before start to
  work...and tomorrow evening I'm dining to her.
- I followed a difficult french lesson...I'm crazy...but when I want something....I get it!
- It's nice learning something new...and it's better teaching something to a friend.
- I like drinking a cup of camomilla and watching a fun programm on tv!
- I laughed a lot last evening...I needed....for my hearth...form my head...for all myself.

Thanks to my friends who are close to me...in this strange moment....but I'm ok. I feel alone....but for me it's ok....

Agitation in the air...my house seems a road at rush hour....

...my mother and my father are preparing the luggages...tomorrow morning they are going to New York City. Uaow!
The phon ring...the doors slam....voices are loud....help me!S.O.S!

It's the first time for my mother....everything must be perfect!
It's impossible to stay calm....but I'd like....probably because I'm a little tired.

I worked a lot in the afternoon....very stressful with the client....but Roby and were very happy!

And my mind is happy
I feel to love a person...and this person loves me....like two mirrors facing each...and togheter they look ahead.
In this moment....I'd like to stay in another place...in another time....with a specific person....because in your arms I'm not afraid....and I don't feel cold.
Every day I send messages, mail...and I use my telephone....I feel closer....and I want to show all my love....even from here.

Gerri...a cat...an hero!

Head and eyes down guys!

Unfortunately, I announce the death of Gerri....Nico's cat.
Today, he left us after a difficult period of suffering, fasting and head falls.
Melancholy: a tear in the vast ocean of sweet memories ....
delves into the depths of dreams and....addressed his last look to the sky...and then, close the eyes...and sleep well in the eternity.
Rest in peace (R.I.P.) Gerri.....in the cats heaven.

I promised the Chocolate éclairs....ok...I'm here....are you ready?

Chocolate Eclairs

Eclair
100 gr water
40 gr butter
salt
60 gr flour
1 egg

Chocolate
Milk chocolate

Bring to rolling boil water, butter and a little bit of salt. Take off heat. Add flour and stir with spoon until ball can be formed. Leave to cool the mixture.Add egg. Mix until dough is very stiff.
With a pastry syringe make long and strich cookies in a baking tray
Back 30 minutes at 200°C. Cool out of the draft.
Prepare the chocolate....Dissolve the milk chocolate on the fire a "Bagno Maria" (1 pot+water and 1 pot+chocolate).
Dip the tops of the eclairs in the warm chocolate glaze and set on a sheet pan. Chill, uncovered, at least 1 hour to set the glaze. Serve chilled.

Are you happy now? this is the secret....lol!

Tonight I want to go to bed early...because tomorrow morning I'm going to the gym before work.

It's very strange but today I fell like rain.....my mood is down....my minds are heavy....my dreams are hazy.

Improvise....the art to live daily your life

Hello everybody....
...how are you?

It's rainy day in Lecco today...but for me and one of my best friend it's different.
Everyday is a good day....
We went together to the swimming pool. I like swimming..I feel free...I feel in peace with myself....I don't usually think a lot when I stay in the water....My mind goes in vacation for a short time.
We were very relax but we wanted to do something different...no come back soon.
So we left from Lecco....Milan diresction....uaow! We were crazy!
We dressed sport clothes, we had wet hair (Ce no because he hasn't hair...lol)....our apperance was very low class. We went to Rinascente Shopping Centre.....near Duomo church....We visited only part of Christmas staff, Alimentary staff and Design staff....
But before....we ate a fantastic sandwich of Desantis....uhm...I want to explaine the reciepe.

A good white wine.....Gewurztraminer!

Sorry my friends but tonight I will write a short because.....I drank a lot.
Yes...it's truth.....I'm always very healthy. I always eat grilled chicken chest, salad and body builder food....and I drink water or Coca Zero....Tonight I transgressed all of my schemes. But sometimes it's ok.
I'm not a sommelier....but I decided a good wine....Gewurztraminer!

It is a native Italian wines produced in Alto Adige, and more specifically to Traminer (Termeno) a small town in the province of Bolzano, and in other neighboring cities.

This very aromatic wine is produced by a pink-skinned grape variety, its leaves are small, round, pentagonal shape, the bunch is small, compact and stocky, the berries are medium, slightly elongated shape and is characterized by a pretty thick skin that may have different shades from reddish brown to gray up, but the flesh is pink and is marked by a peculiar aromatic flavor that makes this excellent wine.

His name, Gewurztraminer literally means spicy Traminer, thus taking its cue from the place of origin and its main characteristics that his being particularly aromatic and at the same time fresh and delicate.

Gewurztraminer wine is considered a full meal, its delicate flavor and intense matches very well at all times during the aperitif with cheeses and savory snacks several seconds or with fish, preferring especially prawns and lobsters, with dishes hot and tasty and the pate de foie gras. It was discovered an unusual combination that is truly amazing, however, revealed, namely that with Asian food.

Ione....We have done wrong. We ate Branzino fish and meat...next time Japanese food!

I hope that this information are useful for my special readers that they like drinking wine.

But, I have not yet explained the effects of this wine....for me and my friend Ione.

We drank only an half bottle of this fantastic wine and....We took a little drunkenness. We laughed, we talked about stupid topics, Ione did a formidable "Penché"...and I understood Panachè (=Beer+Gazosa....lol).
I felt my legs springs....and my mind more free.

My dear readers!
How do you do tonight?
My mom fell down to the ground....she is ok....fortunately, because next Thursday she's going to NY with my father....

Tonight I'd like to speak about friendship.
During this time here in Italy I realized how I'm important to some people.
I feel a normal friend...that I'm always available....I listen to my friends....I always tell my opinions about different situations.....no lies....for me....words come easy when they're true.
"Friendship" is..... I'm not afraid to fall down....because I have good friends...they can't permit to do it.....and if it's happend...they are ready to help me.....to smile me....and to hug me.
And for me it's the same thing....
I love all of my friends...and I'll miss them when I'll move in Canada.
Good friends are like stars. You don't always see them, but you know they are there!

Bloody Mary Recipe

The perfect Bloody Mary is a hotly debated topic. Try this one for size: the key ingredients are all present and correct; retro celery garnish optional.

Ingredients

• 2 ice cubes
• vodka, double shot                                                    
• ½ lemon, juice only
• 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 150ml/5fl oz tomato juice
• pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation method

1. Place the ice into a tall glass and add the vodka.
2. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and tomato juice. Stir well.
3. Adjust the seasoning, to taste, with salt and pepper and serve straightaway.

This morning we arrived to la Fiorida at 10 o'clock and we started the tour soon.

We swam in the pool....do the whirlpool....sauna....turkish bath....and....a bath in the milk.

After this our skin will be very soft....and we are very tired....

...so we slept 30 minutes in a waterbed.

We ate a brunch (bresaola,salame,prosciutto,formaggi,insalata e sorbetto) and then we came back home.

It's very good day.

In April I stayed in Montreal for 15 days and my partner made me a surprise....

She brought me in a Finnish Spa....beautiful place.

Hello!
I don't want write al my blog in few days....I want that it continuos for a long time...and in particulary....I want that it will start when I arrive in Montreal...

Because....I'm an italian girl in Montreal....and not only an italian in Italy!
