My training

It's a lazy day...it was better if Iwent to work....but...
...this morning I went to the pool. I love swimming...because it's a bautiful sensation....freedom....healthy...I would stay in the water for a longtime...
Today only 112 x 25m...uaow.I feel good...I feel some pain over my shoulder.
For next week....I prepared a scheme of gym exercies.

MON: 15 mim run fast
          3-4 ex for ABS (up, down, obliques)
            5 min run fast
          3-4 ex for CHEST
            5 min run fast
         3-4 ex for BIC.
 
12-15 rep 1°2° ex - 8-10 rep 3°4° ex

TUE: 30 min run
         15 min bycicle
         With my friend Lidia....
         1 ex-12-15 rep for every part of the body.(Abs-Chest-Dors-Bic-Tric-Shoul-Legs)
         10 min run slowly

WEN: 15 mim run fast
          3-4 ex for ABS (up, down, obliques)
            5 min run fast
          3-4 ex for SHOULDER
            5 min run fast
         2 ex for SHOULDER 2 ex for FOREARM.
 
12-15 rep 1°2° ex - 8-10 rep 3°4° ex

THU: 1h cardio
          ABS

FRI:  15 mim run fast
          3-4 ex for ABS (up, down, obliques)
            5 min run fast
          3-4 ex for LEGS
            5 min run fast
         3-4 ex for LEGS.
          15 min run normal
   12-15 rep 1°2° ex - 8-10 rep 3°4° ex

SAT: 15 mim run fast
          3-4 ex for ABS (up, down, obliques,lumbar)
            5 min run fast
          3-4 ex for DORD
            5 min run fast
         3-4 ex for TRIC
 
12-15 rep 1°2° ex - 8-10 rep 3°4° ex

SUN: SWIMMING POOL (100-120 x 25m)

Tomorrow I will explein some curiosity of my nutrition....when I stay alone at home.
