Think positive....

I read an interesting article about an italian book....and I want to share with you this theme.

* Seventh step: leave the past behind...less memory and more awareness. Future chises will be better.

* Eighth step: express your gratitude...what you give is what you get!

* Ninth step: choose friends carefully...assess if people colesed help you or not...and take your decision! Stay away from negative people.

* Tenth step: connect mind, body and spirit...spend quality time to yourself. Meditate, play sports, take care of your diet and stay in a natural place help you to live better. Make a diary.

* Eleventh step: allow what you want to manifest...see, think and get. Your dreams can realize. The life that is exactly what you wanted, if you have faith.
